General Public Codes Released Today

I called and was very excited that I received a discount at all. We are staying at FW cabins Dec2-Dec8. I saved $324.78 on our existing reservation!!

does anyone know whether trips booked on the uk disNey site can have the code applied to them? i booked a room only ressie for 1st week in december. i called today about the code and was told that it didn't apply to uk visitors. only way i could get it was to cancel my ressie and lose my deposit and try and re book with the us disney. if the savin was good enough i was gonna chance my room only to a package.

No, you can't have the US code applied to UK Disney bookings. I would check first what the UK site has for the ordinary package as they are fairly good anyway. That could possibly be cheaper than losing the deposit and taking the US Disney code package.

:) CBR Dec 8 thru 15, 2 adults, DS 17, DD 14. 8 day Park hopper with Dining Plan $3303.00 from the website, $3079.00 from CRO using code ZQH.
Not as much as I would have liked, but every little bit helps. :thumbsup2

I called this morning around 10:15, and was only on hold about 20 minutes. The CM was very nice throughout the conversation. I previously had a room- only reservation at Pop Century for Nov.19-24. I asked for any PIN numbers next to my name (none), then gave her the public code. She said she had a rooms at PO with the code, but did have a room at CSR, Waterview, two double beds, w/ five day PH tickets, 2 pp (daughter and myself) , for $1039.29. Since this is about a $91 savings of what I had estimated our previous Pop room ($599) plus 5 day PH tickets, and a room upgrade, I went ahead and took it. I didn't even think about the fact that I should have just asked if there was a standard room available, not waterview, for savings purposes. (And I could care less about what kind of view it is.) I may call back later-then again, may just leave it. Right now, my sister is trying to change her Pop room-only ressie to CSR as well. I've never stayed at a moderate, we usually stay at GF or Poly. I have, however, stayed at All Star Music, the last time we went at Christmas time, and it was just fine. We stayed at the parks all day long anyway. I figure the same will be true with the dates we are going this time-it will be very crowded!

Call Now - 1:00 pm EST - Systems are back up. I also had to hang up this am as system went down....

Made my ressies online then called to apply the code. First time I called they were doing enhancements. Second call I applied ZQD (online with Dining).

My original res. was 3 adults 1 child - eight days, seven nights with MYW/dining and hoppers at ASMU family suites for $3518.60.

I switched to POR for $3032.00 requesting a trundle. I hope I made the right decision!!!

Florida's 7am is my 1am, I tried to wait up last night so I could call for the discounts, but I fell asleep! I just tried calling and was told the system was down..I'm sifting through this very long thread now, but so far I don't see anyone reporting discounts at the deluxe resorts. Looking specifically at BWI, AKL, YC or GF. Any luck?
I'm off to work, I'll try to call again from there. Good luck to all those like me that are still looking for discounts!

Have not read of any Poly discounts, but folks are posting all over the boards. No Poly discount was available for any of the dates I tried on line - too long to wait on the phone after 1 hr and 45 mins this morning ..although we did wind up with CR, G/Marina view for 4 nights at a decent rate :) Still, it is not the Poly or WL, out first choice. We (I) stupidly let go of a AAA WL Courtyard view for the week prior!! What was I thinking?? Now nothing is available at WL with CY view! :( DUMB!

Best of luck to all!:flower3:

I had an already existing ressie for 3 rooms at Poly GV for Dec 9-13 so I waited an 1 1/2 hr and was able to apply the code for a savings of $216 for each room.

Alrighty-
Called just now, CM said I am getting a better rate with AAA at POR than I would with the code. My rate-2 adults, 2 kids 6 nights room only 946.74 (157.79 per night) 6 day park hopper from UT 958.00 (3 adult tickets, one child) works out to be 317.45 per night no dinning.
Am I missing something, or is this a good deal?
G

What the heck...I'm still being told the system is down. Are you all just calling in now?

tried for Poly on an exsisting ressie Dec 16-27, before code $6883.75 after code - $7092.81

ERGH, kept the before code. trying split stay online, will keep you posted.

Don't have time at work to read all 20 pages. Is he code is only good thru Dec 07? Thanks.

I believe it is good through Dec 23rd 2007

Systems went down when I was talking to them about 2 hours ago. CM took my info and just called back-- nothing for GF for my dates. She still has to check AAA but things are down again.

I just got 5 nights with 4 day PH passes for 1 adult and 2 kids at AsMu for $990.67 October 10th-15th.

How can I not go with a rate under $1000!?!?!

Thank you to all the early posters for making my crack-of-dawn rising fruitful!!!

I tried the 1-800 number at 4:50 am Pacific Time - first punched option 1 (new reservation, since I was pretty sure POP wouldn't be available) but after 15 minutes hung up and tried again with option 2 (modify existing reservation). After about 10 minutes, connected with a polite and friendly agent. No computer glitches, luckily....

She changed our room-only POP reservation for 10/11 - 10/16 to ASMu for the same dates with 5-day base tickets, for 2 adults and a teen, no dining, for a total $938 including tax. That's about $200 less than if I kept the AAA discount and got discount park tickets, and almost $300 (about 23%) less than the on-line going rate :thumbsup2

I'd prefer POP, but ASMu is where we stayed our first (and only other) time at WDW in 2000. It was meant to be .

Just grabbed the discount for BWI, Dec 13-18, 2 adults 1 child, no dining, saved $270 from original ressie. Not nearly as good a deal as last year at AKL, but really had our hearts set on the Epcot resorts for this trip!
