General Manager at the Poly?

Could somebody please let me know who the GM of the Poly is and the address. Is it still Spencer Oberle? (Nothing bad to report to him - in fact quite the opposite.)

There used to be a sticky on one of the many threads that listed all the Disney Brass and their addresses, but I can't seem to locate it anymore. So, I would appreciate the info.
