Yes vertigo can make you feel sick or actually be sick - the other things that indicate vertigo can be room spinning, dizzieness, difficulty walking and standing.

It is absolutely horrid weather this morning, it's still raining (don't think it stopped all night) & blowing a gale!

I managed a lie in until 5.30am today! I'm off to get my pre hols haircut & highlights this morning.....I can't wait as it desperately needs a good cut!

Nat hope you mum feels better today
Was going to walk along the fields again today for my daily exercise but the paths going to be soggy after the rain last night so i'm not sure what i'm doing today.
The farmer was ploughing the field yesterday & the smell of the fresh earth was lovely.

I've got a busy day today. I'm off to Coventry with my mum this morning, then I'm having my hair and nails done this afternoon ready for the Girly Weekend tomorrow

Morning all!!! Despite the weather, it feels like it's going to be a good day...

Only 1 sleep till the Girly Weekend!!!

Only 6 sleeps till Richard and I head to Florida!!!

And I started a new fresh bag of coffee beans this morning - it's the simple pleasures...

So, I'm doing a little housework this morning before going to the hairdressers for my makeover!!! I'm actually nervous (haven't been for ages) but I fancy a new look - brave words, I know...

Glad to hear she is on the mend. If it continues she should be able to get something from her gp. My nan had medication for this as her gp diagnosed her as having vertigo. We only found out just before she died by another Dr. she had thyroid problems not vertigo

I'm meant to be starting another block of 4 night shifts tonight but last night my knee was painful & now it keeps giving out I have had problems over the years but it seems to have flaired up again, so waiting & seeing if I can go in. Last thing I need is it giving out when lifting a patient

I am just back from the hairdressers & am very pleased with the result! I was very brave & had about 5 inches off.

I haven't been since December so it was nice to have a bit of pampering!

Good morning. I've been up ages but apart from putting on one load of washing and setting the dishwasher going can't get motivated to do much.

It's amazing how industrious I do feel having my machines working away in the kitchen while I drink tea and read the DIS.
