Gel Shoe Inserts...Didn't think about those.

Just bought some new $20 gel inserts for my new shoes last week. Not allowed on the TSA list!

Glad I found out now. I leave for Fl next Monday.

I believe you can pack the gel inserts into your checked luggage. You just can't wear them onto the plane.

I wondered about those gel shoe inserts too.
Also pondered those gel filled bras and bra support inserts, mastectomy or cosmetic, both types.......are women not allowed those? Kind of a silly question but.......maybe not.

Based upon the banned list, the fact that gel insoles are banned from your carry-on/wearing does make sense. I just never thought about checking my inserts. Thanks for the heads up.

Whoops! I spoke too soon! As of today they are advising women not to wear gel filled bras or inserts.

I'm waiting to hear when the full cavity searches will start.

I read that somewhere else today and 1st thought -- look out you will see me as the floppy lady walking to her plane. I REFUSE to buy a new bra for just 2 days. Sorry but I have arthritis in both shoulders and have found that the bras with the gel shoulders are only 1's i can wear. So go ahead boys slap me down if you want but I am not buying new one.
