I told him he's got to remain there so he can be the cool uncle and his sister can visit.

lol I was just there in December, and you know the details Patsy,--it was a bad idea.

I was telling DH that if the economy is still bad next summer, we may have to drive down with a 1-year-old!

Yeah.. good luck with that. So you're going to take him while he's young?? I really don't want to go in the heat of the summer but I want him at an age where he'll kinda have an idea of what is going on.. so DH and I are planning for Fall of 2010.
Maybe some of us new mommies can do a DIS-Meet

I've mentioned before my brother's girlfriend is Australian.
I'm trying to figure out, when they get married (just waiting on the official word these days)... who I am going to stick Lucas with or how I can get to Australia with a toddler?? Let me know how that driving trip goes, you might be able to give me some tips.

My Dad passed in Oct. '07, so now he flies around the board with me, so I don't get points. He had a great sense of humor. As for the tag fairy, only took over 8000 posts for her to find me.

Ask her about the cow to.

It wasn't the cow picture that got me in trouble, but I did get the tag two days after my bad taste in pictures. No longer flying under the radar, was I

Sorry to hear of your loss. I lost my dad in '92, but he doesn't fly around protecting me from points. I think his job is solely moving furniture in my path so I stub my toe in the middle of the night.

I'm sorry! It seems like everyone around here has had something in recent months. In one 10 day span, I had a sinus infection and bronchitis, 2 ear infections, pinkeye, cold sores, and the stomach flu. Good times...
