Warm cloth, massage starting at the chest wall working you way down in a circular motion. Baby's nursing will clear out the duct the fastest.

I was very confused by that as well

Warm cloth, massage starting at the chest wall working you way down in a circular motion. Baby's nursing will clear out the duct the fastest.

I never had a blocked duct -- but I have taken care of several Mom's w/ --- though painful -- frequent nursing is the best
