Hi!

I need to change my flight info for end of October and looks like a new website and my reservation isn't there anymore. I can only see my last one. I did email them last night so just waiting on an answer.
I did pay already. We need to move our pick up time from 5pm to 11am, hopefully they can do it! But it's a big time change and kind of short notice.

Just wondering if you guys see your reservation? Maybe it's just a glitch.

You can try emailing them on facebook, they're very responsive there. I had to completely change my flights two days before my trip when my airline folded, they replied right away and made the changes.

I sent a follow up email today, maybe they are busy with customers with closer trips. I'm just curious because my reservation is not on the website, at all.

They changed their reservation system it seems. Apparently they also changed their cancellation policy as well.

I also haven’t heard from them on multiple attempts to contact them and I don’t have Facebook so that doesn’t help

No, there was a choice to pay cash I think? But they prefer ahead of time, so I did.

So I got a hold of them through Facebook all squared away! Maybe call if you don't hear back?

I had to change my pickup time three times as JetBlue kept changing flight times. They made all the changes with no problems.

Glad you had a good experience. They didn’t cancel my ride until the driver had reached out to confirm and I informed him that I had already canceled. Who knows if the refund will show up
