Hi All,

Maybe this has been answered-- I've read the entire "GCV Founding Members Sales Start 1-25-09" thread, but I don't think I found this info-- Is there a miniumum point purchase for the cruise as opposed to DP incentive? Something like 100 pt= 3 day cruise, 200 pt= 1 week cruise, etc?

Thanks,
H

EXISTING MEMBER ADD-ON
100 - 119 points: 3-night Disney Cruise Line voyage
125 - 199 points: 4-night Disney Cruise line voyage
200+ points: 7-night Disney Cruise Line voyage

We are in the process of adding on 100pts. We should receive our DCL Incentive paperwork tomorrow or Tues. I'll post more info once I have the contract in hand...

Edited to change 4 night min from 120-125. 125 is what I had in my notes from a discussion with my guide.

How many is the cruise good for? 100 points for 3 nights for 2 adults? 4 people in the cabin??

Thanks

We just added on yesterday for 100 points at AKV and got a 3 night cruise on the Disney Wonder. Our guide told us that it's good for up to 4 people.

It is for a family of 4, cannot be transferred (ie - you need to take the trip yourself), is a stateroom with ocean view, and no varandah.

I also believe the 4 night cruise requires a minimum purchase of 125 points.

Yes, family of 4, and then there are extra costs to add a 5th member. I don't have those details yet...

Do you know if you buy BLT add ons if you can get a cruise.

My guide told me a 5th person, for a 4 night cruise, would be an extra $100.

I've seen some posts stating it's $100 plus the cost of the cruise for that person. I should receive my DCL Incentive paperwork soon, I'll post any details that provides.

I'd double check if you need a 5th person because they only allow 5 people in a cabin in a cat4 or higher, they're all verandah rooms so $100 for a 5th person and upgrade to a balcony room seems too good to be true.

I don't know the cost for a 5th person, but my guide told me the cost to upgrade to a balcony room would be $100/person (this was for the 4-night cruise).

Does anyone know if you can pay to upgrade the from the 4 night to 7 night?
