I've seen a lot of references to the new GCV at Disneyland CA. What is the current status for this resort? Are they currently selling this yet? Are there any restrictions for buying in (Cali Resident, etc)? Any point rate info?

No point charts or point costs have been released yet. Sales haven't started either. Hopefully later this year!
