Does anyone know if/how you can upgrade to concierge at the GCH if you booked the hotel through the Costco package?

Does anyone know if/how you can upgrade to concierge at the GCH if you booked the hotel through the Costco package?

From what I was told about 3 years back is no. You can only book what was offered by Costco, but you can call their travel number and inquire.
