GC Studio Villa vs. standard room

I really think renting points is the way to go--if you can!! I did 2 weeks of research and number crunching and it was by far the best deal.

We like studios in WDW... we like to heat up a late night snack, I love the microwave so I can make my hot tea, I like the full size coffee maker, and if you don't use the sleeper sofa--it feels nice and roomy.

We just got a points rental for Jan 31-Feb 4. It'll be our first time out there, but I think the studio set up will be a nice, familiar touch.

When I talked it all over with him, between the taxes and fees, etc... we came out pretty far ahead with our rental. As much as I would love to stay Club Level--we can just use that money elsewhere.

Good luck!! I hope you get a great points deal!!

You should have the DVC owner add a view request to your reservations :thumbsup2

I would request a high floor facing Paradise Pier, or more specifically: 6504, 5504, 4504, 3504 :wizard:

All the villas have a park or pool view, except the ground floor units.
