Gay dvc runners?

HI All -

I couldn't make it to Gay Days Orlando but I still come down like 2x a year usually since I have Disney Vacation Club. Im also an avid runner, I did the Wine and Dine Half Marathon last year, trying to get into the Disneyland Half Marathon with a charity this year.

Anyone with some common ground here? I'm from Westchester County NY 34 single would be cool to meet up with others doing the Half in LA Sept 2.

I wanted to do the DL ½ again this year, but it sold out in less than a month. I was able to do the Tinkerbell through GET Travel but had to book my room through them. Not a hassle, just not what I am used to.

You can always try to get into races after they sell out by running on behalf of a charity.

Agreed. But instead I am going the end of this month to check out the new additions to DLR.

2013 may be my banner runDisney year. lol

I ran the tinkerbell and princess halves this year, my first 1/2 ever. Was injured right before the princess and came out in pretty bad shape. Good thing I got the coast to coast medal to show for all the pain! lol

Tried to register for the Disney 1/2 in sept, but was sold out. The charities want a tidy sum to get in the race compared to Tinkerbell. Otherwise, I would register for the race. Doing the Bay area half in August and the Disney 1/2 in setember is ideal timing.
