Gay Days Disneyland

Ok so it is still a few months off, but wanted to know if anyone is planning on Gay Days Disneyland in October. It looks like some of you are just getting back form the Orlando event, but the one out here is in October.
Just looking to see who is going.

I had no idea. I always pass on Gay Days because I could never (ever) stand the heat. October is definately doable..but I'll just be coming back from WDW. I don't think I can swing another trip so soon.

Saturday 10/04/08 Gay Day at Disneyland
Sunday 10/05/08 Gay Day at California Adventure

Looks like fun have never been, but there is always a first time.

Rosie, I know a cheap clean motel near Knotts, and the rooms are even named after movie stars!

I stayed in the Gloria Swanson suite last August!

I may consider it. But I'd stay on Harbour cause it's just so easy...

Scott and I definitely want to hit Disneyland's Gay Days one of these years.

Can't be this year, though, we'll be on our Disney Cruise Honeymoon over those dates.

Maybe next year

DH and I will be there in the last 2 weeks of October, so will miss Gay Days. (It was a timing thing for us to be there late October.)

I'm leaning towards going this fall. I have a four-day weekend from school that weekend, so I'd even be able to go without having to rush back in time for Monday morning classes.

I went this past fall as well and had a pretty good time. This was my first trip to DL in a long while, so I spent most of my time hitting the parks hard, and I didn't get around to going to the Gay Days parties. Perhaps this time I'll actually make it to the dances and check them out...

Temperature is perfect, lines are short, Bloody Marys in the AM at Rainforest, Wine in the afternoon (and people watching)...PI at night.. Bear Lunch, etc... you cannot miss us (we are from New Orleans) and will "bead" you with our rainbow beads (always take a suitcase full to share).. Doing Friday - Monday this year...

I am sure we will see some of our friends visiting NOLA for Soiuthern Decadence..

I highly recommend the DL gay days... much more laid back and enjoyable than in WDW (must be that CA thing)
