Gave my Community Ed class on Disney Planning tonight

I think it went pretty well. Had 15 in the class. I don't think I forgot to mention much. It is a lot of info to get out in 2 hours. I used the Disboards as my favorite site. The main message I wanted to get across was to prepare for your trip. Learn how to use a fastpass system. Gave Dreams a plug and Robo for his maps. So now I can plan for next years class.

I've thought about doing this for a while now. I need to talk to whomever will listen about Disney. DW tolerates, but has her limits. So I've thought sharing my trip planning knowledge would be a good outlet for me.

How did you you spread the word about your seminar?

Really, could be the easier class ever.

Bring them in, offer good coffee, hand out Dreams business cards, explain they'll do everything you'll ever need, and thank them for coming.

Honestly, I've given up planning other's trips. I tell them to go to Dreams, and I do that myself, now. No fuss, no muss, no stress.

It's amazing that Disney is that big that people will take a class about trip planning. But I wish someone had that for me when I was a first timer! I bet they will all have wonderful trips now, congrats to you!
