They're average length is 30in.

If you want some fun, try to chase one down. Them critters is fast.

I think if I'm going to chase any animal, it won't be an armadillo They actually aren't as ugly as I thought, not cute, but nowhere near as ugly as the Naked Mole Rat!!!

I dont think 'dillas are ugly at all.....very cool looking and self protected. If you shoot one with a bb gun...the bb just bounces off!!! Its strange to hear from someone whos never seen one before!!! Growing up in the south they have always at least been part of the roadside decoration!!!
