We are going to visit my father in Melbourne, for Thanksgiving. We are doing Disney for 3 days while we are there. I would like to take my son to Gatorland, since he's never been there. The only days we have open are the Friday and Saturday after Thanksgiving. Does anyone one think Gatorland will be very crowded then? We are waiting until Sunday, Monday and Tuesday to visit Disney, we want to wait for the crowds to die down. I just didn't know how busy Gatorland gets. I'm sure it'll be busier than normal but will it be miserable?

I don't think so - I have no wish to visit it.

I don't like gators....

although I have heard they also have some very nice birds....

We will be there too!!!!

It does not get crowded like the major parks. The only place we found crowded was when they fed the gators. Everyone goes to the show and there is limited space (unless you want to get in with the gators) to watch otherwise we did not have a problem with crowds.

Even in the busiest time of the year Gatorland does not get all that crowded. My son loves it and we have had to go back for the past 6 years! He particularly likes to feed the gators. If you buy the hot dogs there they will sell you 2 hot dogs for 1.25. I suggest you stop at a grocery store and buy the cheapest pack of hot dogs you can(around 99c) and you get 8 instead of 2. It will give you more time to feed the gators. The kids love it.
