Gated communities

Hi

Looking to rent a villa next August in a gated community with lots of community facilities; particularly like the look of Windsor Hills. Are there any other resorts with the same standard of facilities as W Hills?

Windsor Hills is one of the newer communities ans so has more up-to-date facilities than many others. An alternative is Windsor Palms, which was built by the same developer, although it does not have a water slide at the pool.

The new Coral Cay Resort is also gated although this is only made up of townhomes.

The only one I have personal exp. w/ is Emerald Island. Like another poster said it is gated.

Did have checked the webite http://www.springvacationrentals.com, in which there are many properties displayed in gated community hope that may u think about, Have a pleasent stay..

You might do a search on these board for Terre Verde.

I believe it does have the zero entry pool (but I'm not sure about a slide at the pool). It has a clubhouse and is a gated community a little further out than WH. The playground is very close the community pool.

There are townhouses and private homes available for rent. You should expect to spend a little less on a Terre Verde rental as its location is probably 10 min further out than WH.
