GASP!!! TheGuda BOUGHT a contract!!!

Many of you have read/commented on my posts about renting vs owning. After a lengthy (LOL) process i decided buying BWV at the right price is worthwhile for me.

I made an offer with Fidelty and found Sharon very helpful..but my offer sat for 3 days because the seller didn't respond. Then today a better contract came up on TSS and I made an offer that was accepted.

I have to say, Leslie at TSS has been awesome. We already have the contract and I'll be submitting everything tomorrow.

Hopefully we'll pass ROFR and enjoy many F&W Festivals at BWV for years to come!

Been reading your post - a bit confused but hope everything works out for you! TSS is great! Details on the contract? I too am trying to buy BWV I have about 3 weeks to go in ROFR fingers crossed! Good luck!

It was mostly numbers. I like the idea of the contract creating a small amount of disposable income. The bottom line is that eventually the $ I could make on renting my points would more than compensate me for what I paid for the contract + the cost of MF.

Also, I'm a a BIG EPCOT junkie and I'd love to visit F&W annually. Buying BWV gives me the best shot of snagging a room & the low standard studio price appeals to my "saver" mentality.

I look forward to many more DVC conversations with everyone!

I think you'll need a LOT of luck to pass ROFR, as there is still a long waitlist for direct buys at BWV - and your contract isn't stripped. Keep those fingers crossed.
