Gasoline Prices in Your area?

Geeze! Ten days ago I paid less than $2.20 per gallon for regular gas. In about ten days it has jumped to just under $2.50 a gallon!

The reason offered by local news stations is that it shot up because of the cold weather. Hasn't been that cold here, and yet a buddy of mine in Maryland is paying $2.11, and it's been very cold there!

I know one thing... I'll never vote for a candidate from TEXAS again!

at the CHEAP place near my house, the unleaded (lowest price) is now $2.87 a gallon. Premium is something like $3.07

At other place, unleaded is at $2.99 a gallon

Wow, I thought we had it bad here. I paid $2.26 yesterday. Last week I was paying $2.09.

Well your friend from MD isn't paying $2.11 any more...it's jumped to about $2.40 at the cheap stations.

Well, we're in Maryland and there certainly isn't ANY $2.11 gasoline here now. I went onto www.gasbuddy.com and the lowest gasoline I found was in Ocean City, Maryland at $2.23 (they try to keep it lower there to bring in tourists).

We are about 10 minutes outside of Washington, DC and the lowest in my next of the woods is $2.39. Most of the gasoline is significantly higher, $2.45.

A couple weeks ago AAA said gasoline would be $2.50 by spring -- I guess there were right.

Hey guys... you have to say where you are from!

My buddy did say, "the last time I filled up", and he is on the eastern shore of MD, very near the DE border. I don't know exactly what date he fueled...

I live in Southern California, and at the gas station near me, it was $2.87 for regular this morning. We spent the day in the desert (about an hour and a half away) and I saw regular for $3.07! They know they can get away with it, because there are only so many gas stations (it's very rural), so if you need gas, you can't drive around and look for a cheaper station!

Two weeks ago, the price actually changed while I was pumping! I was charged the lower price for the entire purchase, but I was just surprised to see the number actually change while I was pumping the gas.

It was $2.11/gallon when I started pumping, and $2.13/gallon when I stopped. I filled up at the same station last week, and it was $2.31/gallon. Today, it was $2.43/gallon.

Regular unleaded is $2.49 right now, two weeks ago it was around $2.10!

I paid $2.49 this morning here in Southcentral Kansas. The last time I bought gas it was $2.09 (two weeks ago).

rhode island here... 2 wks ago I paid 2.08 I put gas in yesterday 2.53. So while doing errands today I was on the look out for the prices and I saw it go from 2.46 - 2.58. I am spending between 60-90.00 a week in gas. Depending on where I have to go that week (have a grand marquis, w/4 kids need the room) I'm thinking a horse would be cheaper.
