Gas rashions in Florida!!!

Hmmm......friends just dropped by and said gasoline is being rashioned to only 5 gallons at a time beginning at 5 p.m. tomorrow afternoon in our county. No doubt this will be in effect in other counties as well. I notice people who never prepare for hurricanes are frightened over the possibility of Ivan and are actually beginning to prepare for the very first time. So, any rashions for your area tomorrow?

I live in S. Fl and haven't heard of that, I better get to the gas station and fill up.

I had not heard about gas rationing. Soneone interviewed on WC said that lines were long in the Keys for gas and station owners were worried about running out.

I had heard on the news that Gov Bush had flown a bunch of truckers into florida to help drive gas trucks from the distribution points to hard hit areas of Fl.

I haven't heard anything either in my area. I did see long lines at the gas stations in the area as I was driving home from work.

Man, I don't think my Prizm can hold 5 gallons of gas!
