Gas Prices

angwill, our last couple years in FL has been higher than here and the cheapest on our trip down to Disney has been GA. Their taxes on it are cheaper and that makes a big difference. They just went up again here

That's sad. I love driving down knowing the gas gets cheaper the farther south I go and now I won't have that to look forward to. Gas here is $3.49 a gallon as of tonight.

Just paid $3.59 a gallon! Last week with the discount from my Safeway card I only paid $3.23 a gallon. That was a happy day!

$3.39 for the cheapest around me (Dallas Fort Worth suburbia). Makes me glad we traded in our small SUVs for hybrids two years ago... I don't think it's going anywhere but up. I remember in 98 when gas was under a dollar a gallon, and that was the EXPENSIVE kind!
