Gas before MCO

Hi everyone. We always drive to Disney, but had to fly this trip. I rented a car from Dollar and will be returning it and flying home tomorrow. Where is the best place to fill up before we get to the airport? We are currently at Windsor Hills. I’m already stressing about the process to return it and managing to get through the airport, and don’t want to be charged for gas by Dollar.
Thank you!

Gas stations on the way to MCO have much higher prices than the rest of the area. They know...

If you’re at Windsor Hills, I’d just fill up at a convenient station on 192. You’ll get a normal gas price, and most needles will hardly move from full by the time you hit the airport, even if it’s ~20-30 miles away. Fill it beyond the first click-off if you’re uncomfortable, but it normally takes a while to go below F.

Plot the route on google maps and then search nearby for gas stations. There are several just off the main road on the way to the airport.

I would always just fill up at a station near where I was staying. I usually did it the night before just to check one item off the 'travel to the airport' list. I would give the fill a few extra clicks to top it off and the needle always was pinned at full when I got to the airport.

We do this as well.

last exit on 417 before you get to the airport is Landstar. There are 2 gas stations about 1/2 mile from the exit. Get off the highway and turn right to get to the gas stations. $.50 toll.

We also just fill up at one of the gas stations on grounds just before leaving as its just 17 miles to MCO around a gallon of gas so its still shows full even in a big suv

We always stop at the Landstar exit to fill up. The stations are a 1/4 mile south of the 417 highway. Have cheap prices and are open 24 hrs.
