I placed an order with Gardengrocers.com. I didnt get an e-mail from them.
I guess Ill have to call them now. I hate that.

Has this happened to anyone else?

Check to make sure it isn't in your SPAM folder. I had this happen and I had to submit my order again. I did call and they could see the order but the payment didn't go through. I just paid on the phone.

They didn't send me one either and they didn't respond to my e-mail either. When I called, they did have the order and gave me the order number. I don't know why they say they'll send an e-mail confirmation when they don't.

We didn't receive a confirmation e-mail from them for our trip in May either.

However, the delivery happened just fine at the time we requested. :thumbsup2

Same here...I called and everything was fine. The guy I talked to was very nice! They threw in an extra box of cereal. We had great service and will definitely use them again!

I emailed Garden Grocer 2 weeks ago regarding our delivery in September. We've changed resorts from OKW to Poly so I needed to inform them of the change & to change our items - we don't need nearly as much. Haven't heard back. Its a busy time for them so I'll try back in a couple of weeks. But when I placed the original order back in February I got an email confirmation pretty quick.

I placed my order last week and my confirmation email came within seconds.

Just give them a call...they are very helpful.

How does this work? Do they actually deliver the food you request to your room at certain times? what about refridgerated items, do they put them away for you too? If this is the case I might have to move here long term!! LOL
We are stayinjg at the contemporary and its our first trip out of New England!

I e-mail customer service. They sent me the copy of the order you get when you check out. So, everything is fine. :goodvibes

They ask you for a 2 hour delivery window, but if you aren't there they leave your order with bell services. Bell services keeps your stuff cold and then they will bring it to your room for you.

If staying at the contemporary and having the magic your way plus dining package do you really need to order things from Garden Grocer? All my meals will be covered except for one which I have chosen to do breakfast on my own. Is it crazy to go ahead and buy breakfast items from Garden Grocer when I could get breakfast items from the hotel quick service counter? And Im wondering what would be the price difference, I went onto garden grocer web site and did an order as if I was ordering right this second. My total was under $60. That would be drinks/breakfast/snacks for the entire week. Could I get breakfast from the contemporary from the quick service window for under say $80 for the week? Or would going through Garden grocer actually be the wiser choice?
We are not big breakfast eaters, bowl of cereal or muffin with beverage and we are good to go till the next meal.
My husband says we should skip breakfast all together and just wait till lunch I know thats a bad idea! All things come to mind such as dehydration, whining kids at 11:00am or earlier for lunch ect ect.

We're on the dining plan and we've ordered breakfast & snack items (water, yogurt, milk, cereal, bread, peanut butter, etc.) from Garden Grocer. It saves so much time in the mornings so we can get to the parks sooner. You know your family best but personally I wouldn't skip breakfast. Especially w/the heat.

Same here...It saves so much time in the mornings to be able to do breakfast in your room. During our last trip I walked to the bus stop a couple of times with my bagel and coffee!:rotfl:
