Garden View Tea Room Seating/ADR Question

I’m trying to get a 3-person ADR for Garden View Tea Room in December... I was able to snag a 2-person reservation, but when I called the CM couldn’t change it to a 3-person reservation. She said to keep it for now and call again later to see if availability opened up.

But from photos, it seems like I would basically have to wait for a 4-person table cancellation to make a 3-person ADR. Should I just cancel my 2-person reservation and keep looking for the 3-person?

Check for a four person. There might be more availability for that. You won’t be charged when only three show up.

Thanks! I'll start checking for a 4-person ADR too... will probably just drop the 2-person since that doesn't seem like it'll help me.
