Will someone please tell me where this is held, what is served and would you recommend it for a 4yo dd? Thanks!! :sunny:

Scrappin Mom, I called Disney Dining and found out some info. It is held at the GF from 10:30 am to noon. Princess Aurora personally visits every table. Rose Petal (a rose from Aurora's garden) reads a story while the guests eat a light lunch. The price (which I failed to get) includes an 18" Aurora doll, tiara, scrap book page, and other goodies I can't remember right now. Sounds $$$ to me!

Hope this helps. ::MinnieMo

My DD (4 on August 26) and I are going July 29. I called and talked to a CM in dining, and asked if this was too young, and she said, "no"- that it's a magical experience- once in a lifetime. I might also mention that although DD is young- she is definitely a disney diva! The cost is $200. for the 2 of us- and you can add an additional adult for $65. I think. The CM said that the doll is comparable to an American Girl doll, and along with the items mentioned previously they also get a charm bracelet. As far as what is served: the princesses have pb&j heart shaped sandwiches and fruit, while the adults have some kind of sandwiches also with fruit and cheese. I think I read that the princesses drink apple juice and the adults have a choice of teas. The food reviews are horrible- most people said that they left and ate elsewhere, but the experience was worth every penny. I mentioned to the CM about the food reviews and she said that she hadn't heard that and that she was going to let them know.

Hope this is helpful.

$200 for one adult and one child
$135 for an additional child
$65 for an additional adult

a friend went with her 7yo DD this spring and said it was worth every penny. lots of individual attention. now I have to decide if I can spare $335 to take the girls. they are both diehard Cinderella fans, so if it was Cindy instead of Aurora we'd be all over it in a heartbeat.

I am so torn over this

I know Julia would love it and she and her granny could go on our trip in October for her 4th birthday - but I son't want to pay the $65 to go but I know it would KILL me not to see her there!! What is a mom to do?

why do they need me to pay the extra $65?!?!?

Last year we were in the GF gift shop when this ended and there were a bunch of little girls in the gift shop with their new dolls and their moms were buying the outfits for them - like everyone of them- I found out you can buy them 1/2 price after your tea!!
