Garden Grove or Convention Center

We are coming in August and I am choosing one of these hotels in Garden Grove (Embassy South $860 or Hampton $960) or at the Convention Center (Homewood $1100 or Hampton $1146).
They are all one bedroom suites and all include breakfast (Embassy's is probably the best as they have made to order omeletes and I'm keto so this is a huge bonus).
We've stayed at Embassy before and know about taking ART so are OK with that part, but are any of these much better for the price? Is one area much better than the other? We've not stayed near the convention center before to compare. Thanks!

We are doing 2 days at DL, 1 at DCA (although we will have hoppers and G+) and one break day in between to go to a beach and then an Angels game that night.

I would go for the Embassy Suites with the caveat that I actually haven't stayed there for many years so I don't know the current quality of the rooms. The Hampton Inn there is a slightly longer walk to the bus stop and has a worse breakfast so I would never pay more to stay there than the Embassy Suites.

I haven't stayed at either of the Convention Center options recently but I know the Homewood is in a good location for taking the Toy Story parking lot shuttle for free. I'd prefer doing that over dealing with ART and the one bedroom suites at the Homewood Suites should have kitchens. But I would still pick the better breakfast and cost savings of the Embassy Suites.

I prefer the restaurants in the Garden Grove area. Buca di Beppo is right in that area with the Embassy Suites and Hampton Inn and the next block over, there's a bunch of other restaurants. Target is also walkable from there. There is comparatively less to eat near the Homewood. The Hampton Inn Anaheim Convention Center is close to Garden Walk but less convenient for getting to the parks.

Thank you so much for the info. That really helps. I think I'm still leaning towards the Embassy as it's the cheapest, we didn't mind ART (there was only one stop either way to the parks when we stayed there) and the breakfast was a huge bonus.
