Garden Grocer Question

Hi - I have a quick garden grocer question for you, since we have never used it before. I thought I read somewhere that if you aren't there at the time of delivery, they will keep it at Bell Services for you. Do you know if you have to be there?

They will hold it at Bell Services until you arrive. They will put items that need to be cold on a big fridge

Is there a better less $$ option? We aren't there a full week and have DP so we won't be ordering much- just water, snacks, breakfast stuff and wine.

Thanks! It is pricey We have never done it before, but DH can be crabby and didn't want to lug DS's diapers and such on the plane.
$8 for a case of water is ridiculous. But with us not having a car with us, it is well worth it. I drink water like a camel, we probably spent $50 on water alone on prior trips.

Some people take a cab to Hess or Walmart

Might be cheaper depending on the order.
Maybe a $30 cab round trip??? But you could save that amount on the cheaper prices, no fee, no tip

We always use them. You don't have to be there when they deliver. I typically order several weeks prior to our arrival. Before we land at the airport, I get a text from them stating the order has been delivered. When I check in at BLT, I am told our delivery has arrived. Once we get to our room, I call bell services and they bring up the order. Room temp items are kept separate from the refrigerator items and the cold items are always cold when we get them. We like the convenience of placing the order not having to worry about going to get stuff. I would rather spend the $30 cab ride money on something else.

Time is money. We have used the town car service w/grocery stop; our own rental car and taking a cab to get our water and other adult beverages. Last trip we tried Garden Grocer. Definitely the way to go! Everything was waiting when we arrived. No hassles at all and well worth every penny.

I emailed a scan of my driver's license to them.

As far as the cost goes, they are providing a great service and I truly feel that we get full value for the service and products they provide. I've used them several times and have recommended GG to others -- and they've been very pleased, too.
