Garden Grocer Question

I just placed an order with Garden Grocer, do we have to be in our room when our order is delivered, will they leave it at front desk or can they leave it in our room? I'm concerened that our perishables will go bad, since we will be at Chef Mickey's during our requested delivery time.

They will NOT deliver it until you are in the room. Bell services will put it in the cooler/freezer so call down when you want it. We have done this many times. Have a great trip.

How late can bell services deliver? Was thinking of placing an order so we have something to eat when we arrive for our March visit. Only problem is we won't get to our villa until after 1AM. I know the kids will be starving even if it is late and BWV doesn't have 24 hour room service.

Latest delivery we had was 11pm. I'm assuming you're checking in earlier in the day so I'd ask at that time.

Yes. Those items are not included in the order template, but they may still be ordered. You can call them for information about doing that.

No, you do not need to notify the resort. Garden Grocer takes care of everything, and they have many deliveries to all the WDW resorts. I have used them twice and will use them again in the future. They were great!

I think to add alcohol onto your order the total for food must be over $40
