Garden Grocer Delivery Question

Do they deliver right to your resort room? Or do you have to meet them at the front desk?

We just used Garden Grocer for our April trip and they were wonderful! They deliver to the valet where they hold your luggage. Our bags were delivered to our room with our other luggage.
By the way, they delivered on time, my order was corrrect and they called my cell phone to confirm that they had delivered the bags to the resort. We will be using them again in October!

Actually, if you plan on being in your room, they will deliver directly to your room. We stayed at OKW and since I had picked a timeframe for delivery, I went to the room and was there when he called my cell phone. It was great! He walked up two flights of steps (we were on the third floor and not in the elevator building) to deliver and unpacked all of our cold stuff (refrigerator and freezer) and put them away!! Of course, if you can't be in your room (or if you set a time where you're room wouldn't be ready yet); then they will deliver to the luggage area and those bags can be delivered along with your luggage!
