Hi Everyone,

My husband and I will be celebrating our 12th Wedding Anniversary while on vacation. I thought it would be fun to do the rehitching ceremony. Has anyone done this? How was the food? I've already made PS but I was just hoping to get some feedback on this restaurant.. Thanks in advance for any info you can provide

I'm also planning on getting "rehitched" with DH in Sept. I've never done it either, so I'm bumping this to see if someone else can answer you.
 
the food is served family style and is pretty good. be sure to let the reservationist know when you make your PS that you would like the rehitchin' ceremony. they may or may not know what you are referring to! anyway. the ceremony itself is short and sweet and a lot of fun. some have been lucky enough to have MM and Minnie has attendants,but we never have.:( the wait person acts as the preacher and marries you. you get a marriage certificate signed by MM and Minnie and you get to kiss to the count of 100. you know like this, 1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8,9,10,20,30,40,50,60,70,80,90,100!!! all in all fun! happy anniversary!! BTW, when you check in at the hostess desk, be sure to mention you have requested the rehitchin ceremony.:p
 
We got "rehitched" last summer...enjoyed the meal with the characters and dining in the revolving restaurant. I don't remember receiving a certificate, but we got an anniversary cake (no charge) that could have easily served 8.

We got rehitched last May. All the wait-staff served as attendants. We recieved the certificate and cake--6 inch, round, very tasty. The character interaction was very good, and the service very attentive. The revolving scenery kept DS4 and DS2 entertained, so DH and I were actually able to enjoy the meal.
