Coming to the world soon and we always did Garden Grill for breakfast and never for dinner. Since its not open for Breakfast we are thinking of trying it for Dinner since it has characters. What has everyone's experience been lately with the dinner?

I haven't been since Covid, but I had dinner there one time, and it was fantastic. The food was really good and plenty of it! The character interactions were great too, and we saw many characters, some of them twice:) Now I guess they have the characters on a different level and I don't know how that works out.
I wouldn't hesitate to eat there again.

The food was really good when I was there in mid-November, and the character interactions were great. They must have come by about 6 times throughout the meal.

We ate there in July and it was very nice. Good ambiance with the slowly revolving scenes, and the characters all come in behind you, one level up. This is nice because if you're quick you can actually get a pic with your seated child's mask off with the characters behind them. The food was good, except for the mac & cheese which inexplicably had goldfish crackers on top. Go figure.

I really hope they open for breakfast again. We would love to do GG breakfast during our Feb 2022 trip. The lunch/dinner offering is unfortunately not food my son will eat, while he'd eat everything at the breakfast.

We haven't been to WDW since before Covid.

GG is one of our favorite restaurants. Since we don't get to go to WDW as much as we would like, we tend to try different restaurants each trip. However, there are a few that we like enough to break our rule. GG is one of those. We enjoy the food. It's similar to food we would cook at home. I like that the produce is grown on site.

The character interaction is some of the best we have ever had at a WDW character dining experience. We have been able to see the characters multiple times during each visit. The atmosphere is also very nice. We enjoy the scenes provided by the rotating restaurant.

Just to update my visit for dinner was really good. The food was so good. The salad tasted so fresh and the veggies were great. The only thing that we thought was weird and didn't really touch was the Mac and Cheese. The Goldfish add on is not necessary at all. The Steak with the the sauce on it was my favorite. The dessert was so great also. We had two plates of it. We had an EPCOT closing reservation and was staying at Beach Club so being able to take a nice stroll out of the park was great. Character interaction was great also and they came around a bunch. We were able to stand my GS on the bench seats to get a decent picture of him with them in the background. We did the same at Chef Mickeys thanks to a perfect location right next to the stairs to the upper level. I recommend giving this place a try. It is a little expensive for the type of food but with the characters its worth it.

I haven't been there since COVID but, loved GG for breakfast & dinner before that. I do like breakfast more......and actually, I'm one that likes breakfast for dinner & would love it if GG would do that!!! yum!!
