Did I read somewhere that a PPO ADR @ Garden Grill could increase your odds of an in & out Soarin' experience?

Yes, absolutely it does.

Yes we rode 3 times before 9:15am in January.

Just remember that it's a perk and not a guarantee! We hoped to do this, but soarin' was down until 11 AM on or Epcot day

Yes we've done this twice. We were able to leisurely eat, see all the characters, pay and be at Soarin' before the rope drop crowd!

Yes! The food is really delicious. We loved the sticky bun and the nutella sauce for the waffles. And they have a salsa homemade from ingredients grown in the Land which is AMAZING. Enjoy!

I've been stalking Garden Grill PPOs for next month constantly over the last few days. Hoping one turns up on our Epcot day, not just because of Soarin', but it will be our one character meal this trip.

Last time was 8:10am. We arrived at 8am and were seated right away. This time we have one at 8:05am.

We had an 8:10 ADR but got over there quickly and were the 3rd group seated. We ate well, hubby and I had a mimosa, met the characters 2 times, and went downstairs by 8:45. We walked onto Soarin' and there were 4 other people with us. As we unstrapped from our seats the CM said "Do you guys want to stay on? There's no line yet so you can."

Sounds good. Never thought of going for breakfast. Went for dinner in December and it was amazing!

I wouldn't recommend that. If you want to do Soarin first, I'd make a reservation around 930.
