Garden Grill

Sounds like such a fun experience!

Yes, we booked breakfast there for our last trip (just before Christmas). The best deal was the $7.75 bloody mary. I was expecting a low ball, but it was a HUGE bloody with one of the best pieces of celery I've ever eaten. Unexpected deal of the week!

And yes, the character interaction just seems to flow there, doesn't it!

Thanks for the great review!!! :figment: How was the sticky bun thingy? It looks amazing. I had it booked then thought it might not be "worth" the use of 1 credit. CP is our #1 fav & find it totally worth 1 credit. So I just wasn't sure.

The bun was amazing, its family style all you can eat, we felt like we had to roll out of the booth when we were done.

Great to read- it's on our To Do list for our next trip! Just got to figure out what time we want to go for now!

So excited to read this! I booked this for our next trip. (It's the whole reason I decided on the Dining Plan...lol)

thanks for that review...sounds like a place we should book...thanks again

Anyone feel the same about the Garden Grill for dinner?
We had dinner there in September and it was good - not blow your mind good but we did ask for seconds of the turkey and fixings! What I really liked was that for a character meal it's very relaxed and it's nice to go to one that's not a buffet. I would recommend doing it once.

On our last trip we had breakfast at the garden grill in epcot for the first time. It was by far the best character meal we have ever done!

To give some background we've done, H&V, CRT, BOG dinner, Tusker house, crystal palace, ohana breakfast. So we are not new to character meals. And we have liked them all but this was the best.

I dont know if it was the layout of the restuaurant but the characterts kept coming back for very quick stops to interact with us. Like dale trying to steal the breakfast syrup and getting yelled at by a cast member that if he got it in his fur it wouldn't come out, or pluto paying peek a boo with my daughter when he had to pass by. We didnt expect much and we were totally wowed!

Oh and we all liked the food too :)
This is really good to hear. My wife and I are going on an anniversary trip in late April and we booked this. Part of the allure is the fact that we will get into FW early from the IG (staying at Boardwalk). But the good food review is definitely a plus. Thanks!

I've had dinner twice & love the character interaction! The food was good. We end up ordering more beef which for us has been cooked perfectly (medium). We also really enjoy the berry cobbler.

Did you feel that the food at GG is better than Tusker House for breakfast, or is it standard buffet quality food?

What a great review! We are so excited to go next month, my DD heard "sticky bun in a pan" and that sealed the deal.
