hope i have the name right the rotating one lol 2 questions, 1 how important is an ADR? also will they do meals for special dietary needs? Iv read a lot of mix things about this location but would still give it ago if i could eat there but from my understanding its a standard meal the same for everyone which doesnt have anything i eat (vegan)

Depending on when you're going, ADRs for Garden Grill aren't very hard to come by, but I've never tried to eat there without one. I'd make one if it's somewhere you really care about eating. If you try to just walk up and they're booked, Sunshine Seasons (counter service) is right downstairs and I know they have at least one vegan option.

I'm vegetarian, not vegan, so your experience might be different but I've eaten there twice and enjoyed it. They have a separate vegetarian option. I just told the waiter when we sat down that I was vegetarian and that I wanted that option. Last time it was a polenta cake with veggies (grown in the greenhouse!) and they brought the salad out without bacon. They were also happy to bring me anything else I wanted from the adult or kids options (broccoli, sweet potato fries, mashed potatoes, etc). But I don't know which of those options are vegan or veganizable.

Just a heads up that I've found ADRs incredibly hard for Garden Grill, it's actually the one restaurant besides BOG that I haven't gotten a good time for yet. In the past though, I have been able to get at the restaurant before it opens (like 30 mins before) and asked if I could get a table when they opened. There was usually a wait, but I was able to get in.

You should definitely go there, its one of our favorite places to eat! And you will need an ADR, as it is one of the hardest adrs to get, but mostly because they are only open for dinner so availability is limited from the get go. I am sure they can accomodate with dietary needs... this is one thing WDW restaurants are great with.
