Hey All.

I was speaking to my bil who lives in Florida and used to work for Disney and who still has a few friends who work there.

Anyways, he was told that the Garden Grill does not spin anymore.

Is this true???

It does very very very very very very very well you get point very slow.

It's still moving! you'll get about one full revolution over the course of your meal.

It's still spinning however you have to look very closely to tell. It takes about an hour to eat your meal and you should make one revolution in that time. By the way, we have eaten here a half dozen times and love it. We have ADRs for our June, 2007 trip.

I figured it would be hard to tell,as it goes so slow, but should realize if at certain points during the meal, your view was different.

BTW.......Do you know if they still have build your own cupcakes dessert for kids?

We are celebrating my DH's belated bday and thought I could let the server know and they could bring him a surprise cupcake for his bday.....

They did in June, 2006. When I called to make my ADRs in December, I asked and the castmember said they still had the cupcakes. But....that's been three months ago so they could have changed it. I hope not 'cause my son really enjoyed the cupcakes.

I thought about doing it at LTT, but have never been there before and don't know if they have cupcakes there.....
