Hello all .. we have experienced just about every TS restaurant at DW, but it seems every trip we bypass the Garden Grill. This place sounds appealing, because it something new, and the food looks good.

However, is it true that only the booths on 1st level have a view of the Land scenes from your table? If so .. can 4 adults and 2 kids fit in a single booth?

If we cant fit in a booth, or we are stuck at a table on a different floor without the views .. the restaurant will seem a whole lot less appealing to us and we will probably opt to somewhere else.

Would appreciate any comments .. thank you !!

Garden Grill is our arrival night tradition and one of our favorite character meals at WDW. We are a family of 5 and recently, we've been requesting a booth on the lower level every time. We arrive about 15 minutes before our ADR to reiterate our request. Since we've been making that request for our party of 5, it's worked out. A single semi-circle booth is a comfortable fit for two adults, two pre-teens and a little one. A single booth might be tight for four adults and two kids. (Although we fit four adults and one child once, but we're relatively small, and it was when our oldest son was just two years old.)

In February, my parents joined us at Garden Grill, so we were a party of seven. At the time, the CMs told us that they have some seating for parties of 6+ on the lower level, but it's very limited. We did offer to wait longer for a table on the lower level, but they said they aren't able to allow guests to do that, which I can understand. So we got a table on the upper level, and that was fine. You can absolutely see the scenes from the Land on the upper level, but you can also see the diners around you and you do rotate past the serving stations for a few minutes. On the lower level, the backs of the booth are so high that all you see are the scenes from the Land. In any event, I would absolutely keep a Garden Grill ADR, even if that meant sitting on the upper level.

So I know that parties of 5 and 7 aren't the same as your party of 6, but I thought this might help a bit!

We are a family of six and have eaten at the Garden Grill several times. We have always requested, and gotten, a table on the lower level. We do fit at one booth, though it is a little tight. We sit one person on each end of the table, and four along the booth seat at the back. We have had great views of the Land ride!
