Garden Grill question

I'm going to Epcot for my birthday in December. So far I've not had much luck in finding an ADR for the Garden Grill that day. I'll keep checking back from time to time and will probably get something sooner or later, but if not, what are the odds of being able to be seated as a walk up with a party of 2? If it makes a difference, my birthday does fall on a MVMCP day.

Odds are close to zero, even if you're willing to wait. Character meals book full.

Any idea how the G.G. Character Breakfast is? I've done CB's at Chef Mickey's and Crystal Palace and just wondering if this one is as good as Chef Mickey's?

I was afraid it wouldn't be possible. I'll just keep checking.

I've not had the character breakfast at GG, but I did have dinner once and I thought the character interaction was great. There was no feeling of being rushed at all.

I have an AP & usually take short trips to WDW every 2-3 months. I usually always book my trips a couple months to one month ahead of time & have gotten GG for dinner two years in a row. Just keep checking on it. It's definitely not hopeless.

Keep checking. I heard they hold back tables for CP in December so there may be more availability after. What day are u looking for if you don't mind me asking?

December 1st. I have an ADR later in the week, but my mother will only be with me for a few days and I thought she'd enjoy the Garden Grill. She does want to do the CP so I'll definitely be watching for those ADRs to open up.

We did the breakfast a couple of weeks ago. I thought it was great. A lot of food! And if you want more of a certain dish they will bring it. And even give you to go cups for your drinks. Each Character came around twice before we finished eating. The characters were great - Mickey even sat down with us and my son was "feeding" him. The 2nd time Mickey came around he put his arm around my son and they were looking over the railing pointing out different scenes in the land. It was cute. Really all the characters interacted really well.

On the off chance you can't get one also try a few days before you need it. I've been looking at GG recently for same day reservations, and there is usually at least 1 same day ADR availalbe for 2 people.
