Thought we might try breakfast or lunch here... Nothing available at all. Every other day for the whole week we're there, there are multiple breakfast and lunch times available. Am I missing something? Or really just that unlucky that our one Epcot day is the only day booked up already?

Hmmm...that is odd. I just played with it and both Jan. 30th and Feb 1 have openings.
Maybe someone else knows what is going on.
Maybe try calling?
