Garden grill close to close?

Is it a bad idea to do a 6:55 reservation at garden grill? It just happened to pop up on the day I was looking for, but now I’m wondering if the food will be cold/less fresh or if dinner will be rushed? (Right now Epcot is closing at 7 that night, but I’d guess/hope it’ll probably get extended to at least 8pm. Right now it seems like GG adr’s go until 7. This is in mid-March).

I did several ADRs at park closing time or after, though Garden Grill we did early due to 8pm park close when I set up ADRs. None of the places we ate at felt rushed or cold. The food was always excellent, great quality and presentation, and the restaurant cast members never pushed us out the door. I would definitely do the 655 reservation.

Wanted to follow up and see how this went. I have a 7:55 reservation and was wondering if it would be rushes or characters not be put as long at that time.
