Which do you prefer, breakfast or lunch at Garden Grill? Both menus sound good so I am having a hard time deciding.

I think their lunch menu is the same as their dinner menu. If that's the case it's very very good. We've eaten dinner there on our previous 2 vacations. On our trip next year we are looking forward to seeing what breakfast has to offer. I am excited to try breakfast there bc it's another option for a PPO ADR besides akershus. Like I said though that lunch menu is very good but it's also more or less comfort type food which also might be a little heavy for the middle of the day as well.

Lunch is pretty much the same menu as dinner, except the rolls and butter aren't on the menu for lunch, and we love dinner at the Garden Grill. It is our arrival day tradition each trip for dinner. I have read great reviews on breakfast though and it is something we want to do next year. I've seen pictures and it looks like an awesome spread. If you wanted a PPO meal, then I'd do breakfast.

Breakfast!!! It is my favorite meal on property. I will be eating breakfast there in 18 days and I can't wait. The dinner is good too but I love the breakfast.

Is the breakfast a flat fee or do you order items off a menu? If flat fee, how much?

It's a flat free. There's a sticky thread here that has average prices for GG and other buffet/AYCTE places.

According to buffet/AYCTE (including tax, excluding tip):

bfast . . . 10/02/2016 Adult: $34.08, Child: $20.24
lunch . . . 10/02/2016 Adult: $44.73, Child: $26.63
dinner. . . 10/02/2016 Adult: $44.73, Child: $26.63

For me, I booked dinner. Besides not into breakfast food, I just couldn't justify paying $34.08 for breakfast food.

P.S. I should also mention, I tend to "over eat" at buffets and I don't think I can walk around all day at park after stuffing myself. Since price for dinner was same as lunch, I chose dinner so after "stuffing" myself, I will go back to resort to go to sleep! LOL!

We ate breakfast there last Sunday. Wonderful! A great way to ride Soarin' with no wait too!

When they started breakfast, they had listed biscuits and gravy. Is that still offered?

Ugh we were looking forward to that! So few places you can get biscuits and gravy!
my kiddo wanted to try it but we are doing breakfast almost every day (sometimes a very early lunch) and I know I'll find it somewhere.

I would go with breakfast. The other meals are good, too, but Epcot has more lunch and dinner options and very few breakfast options.

We have always done dinner at GG until this years trip in January where we did breakfast and it was the highlight of our trip.

Yes, they are. Mickey and Pluto are there as well.
Cool. I am adding this to our list.Turns out DS thinks meeting characters while you eat is the highlight of wdw!
Except he can't do Chef Mickey's
