Gap Year Jobs at Disneyland?

Does anyone know or could perhaps point me to a website about whether Disney offers summer jobs for Gap Year students. My daughter is going to have a Gap year and would really like to do a stint at Disney. We are from New Zealand and according to the Camp America site she can work 4 months in the US on a J1 Visa and have an additional month stay as holiday. Just wondering if Disney had a program for foreign students similar to the Camp America one.

Walt Disney World in Orlando, Florida has a college program. It is business courses from what I have gathered reading about it. And you work while you learn. There is student housing near the parks[Magic Kingdom, Epcot, MGM[now Disney's Hollywood - very confusing] and Animal Kingdom].
