Lot of "gang members" were seen wearing colored wristbands, instead of bandanas.

Seriously though, a couple of years ago there were some issues with supposed gang members at Downtown Disney West end on some weekend nights. Don't think they were really gang members as much as just some really rowdy locals. Seemed that was a place to go for awhile and now they've move over to City Walk instead.
