I know this question has been asked a million times before, but I looked through a couple of pages and I didn't see any topcs that related to this, so I decided to just make a new one. Can someone please help with the sign in process? After I put in my VMK name and password and then press enter, my computer takes me to a completely white page. I've tried refreshing the page, changing my firewall settings, and making sure I was entering the right name and password. I even made sure that I have the most recent version of Shockwave downloaded, and it STILL doesn't work. Please help, and I'm really sorry I had to ask this question, lol.
