Galveston Airport Disney Transportation Location

Hi Disney Cruisers! I was wondering if anyone could let me know where to go in the George Bush Intercontinental airport to find the Disney buses that take you to the Galveston port ?

IAH is huge. Over160 gates. 5 terminals. You'll want instructions from DCL.

Thank you, I will try contacting DCL for more information but I am still hoping that fellow cruisers who have used Disney transportation from George Bush Airport to the port could let me know where they went.

Could you tell me which terminal's baggage claim you went to ? Did you happen to stay at the airport Marriott hotel the night before embarkation? Also, the DCL website mentions transportation may be on a motor coach,mini bus,van or taxi ?? Could you tell me which you had on embarkation day and what time you traveled?

Sorry can’t help there . I didn’t even know they did this until we were picking up our luggage and asked about it. It was awhile ago so don’t remember the terminal, my husband tells me 28.

We took an Uber to the port and stayed at a hotel there.

Are you staying at the Marriott the night before? If so, the bus/buses will leave from the Marriott.

If not staying at the Marriott, a DCL Rep will be at whatever terminal baggage claim you are coming in at.

The different modes of transportation listed pertains to when they have smaller groups to transport that don't need a bus. We came in the day before, and they gave us a private driver in a SUV to take us to the Hilton in Galveston (that we booked through DCL). If others had had similar arrival times we could have been combined with them and been sent on whatever vehicle was suitable.

Thank-you so much!!! Thats exactly what I wanted to hear ;-) We are planning to book the Marriott. I did call both the Marriott and DCL yesterday to ask that question and they both mentioned us getting picked up at the Marriott, but it was nice to hear someones actual experience!
