Galaxy Bowling Lanes @ CBBR?

Can anyone tell me if the bar area in the Galaxy is strictly for food/beverage service for the lanes; or is it an additional sit down bar (with stools) for having a drink and alternate menu options? And if so, can you sit there and not actually bowl?

The Galaxy is very small. I believe I saw bar stools. You can't see the lanes from the bar from what I re-call.
