Now there not lol. So , basicly no one knows for sure. And I will say disney probably did not test the theory out for themselves. There is know way they knew how effective or not they are when they made there policies. I think they just don't like people to have most of there face covered.

I have seen several reports any type of mouth/nose cover is better than none. Of course there different degrees of effectiveness.

Interesting. I kinda figured that might be the case.
