Anyone else experience this? Everytime I try to lose weight it seems like I put on 3-5 lbs during the first week or 2 before I lose. I haven't changed my eating at all, but I'm getting up at 4AM (it is a real time, I used to think it was only a rumor) and doing Turbo Jam for 40 mins + I've added 4 miles of walking to my day. Sure enough, 3 days into it and I'm up 3 lbs. Holy frustration!! I have to remember that it is always this way for me. I think it's my body's way of saying "screw you" for making it get out of bed early & doing some work.
