Gah - bought vouchers instead of tickets!

Yes, I'm an idiot. I bought DC tickets which were actual tickets so I wrongly assumed if I bought Universal tickets through the same website, they would be hard tickets. Nope.

Anyway - please help me work this out! We check into HRH on 9 Sept, for one night. We want to take advantage of the 8am opening on 10 Sept.

Do we need to swap vouchers for tix on the evening of the 9th? Or will the ticket booths be open at 7:15ish on the 10th? (I'm guessing probably not).

Could we even do this at the hotel?

I suggest you contact HRH direct, we stayed there a few days ago and found the staff very helpful. I'm sure they'll be able to answer your question, or go onto to the Universal/IOA board

Is it a will call order ?

if so you should have received a confirmation number

there are automated will call kiosks at the entrance of the parks, you'll need to swipe the credit card used for purchase, and enter the confirmation code to get your tickets.

it those are not will call order, then it might be best to go to a ticket booth the day before. IDK if you can redeem a voucher at the hotel.
You'll still need to print your unlimited express at the hotel.
