That went surprisingly well!! :cool1: I have to admit after reading all the problems people were having, I was worried.

We volunteered on Friday and I received the e-mail for our vouchers this morning. :yay:

I printed out 2 copies each, so I have one for our scrapbooks! I love how nice they look. And they have Donald Duck on them!!

I got mine today too!!! :cool1: It went in my spam box for some reason even though Disney Destination stuff usually does not, so keep an eye on your spam boxes too folks!

Also as an FYI, even if you don't get the e-mail for some reason, you can still get the vouchers from the Hands on Networks site. I looked 2 days ago and I was verified and there was someplace to click to redeem vouchers even though I just got the e-mail today. So if your e-mail got sent to spam and deleted, you can still find them.

I'm happy to hear that all went well!

I have also been nervous, after reading about all of the problems. We volunteered on Saturday, and I've been anxiously checking for the voucher notification even though I know it can take 2 weeks. And today--success!!! I printed the vouchers and we are set to get some fast passes in May!!!!

I got my email on Monday! Now I just have to decided if I want to use them for FP's during my May trip or free tickets if I go in November. I'm not even 100% sure I'm going in November, but I suppose I could always donate them if I don't go! :)

Just printed mine also.:goodvibes Now our no parks trip has turned into a one park trip:thumbsup2

i got ours today too!! So relieved. We are using them as Fastpasses.

We didn't get an email but I logged on to my GAD account and I was already verified. We chose the park ticket and I saved the voucher as a pdf so I could print it just before our trip. (However, I think GAD allows you to go back in anytime to print the voucher, I'm just OCD).

We volunteered on Wed last week and they were in my inbox last night. Printed them this morning, man that was too easy:cool1:

We are BIG volunteers with several organizations. We were excited to hear about this promotion and planned a trip for this June. However, when I went on to get info. about the free ticket the site says that the promotion is over and that they met the quota. Anybody know anything about this?

Yes, the promotion ended when they had one million people registered to volunteer through the Hands On Network - approximately March 9, 2010.

We signed up just before the announcement of reaching the limit in February and just completed our activity over the weekend. Our verify email came today. I agree with the OP we were nervous about all the aspects after seeing a few horror stories. But everything went incredibly smoothly and while I am happy about the vouchers, I am happier me and my family had this opportunity to volunteer together. Thank you Disney for a initiating this great program!!!

Same here we did our MS walk volunteer duties last Saturday and recieved our vouchers today...printed them out without a hitch. I hope it goes just as good at the ticket window...we are leaving May 22nd.

We did our volunteer day last Saturday. We haven't received an email from Disney about the vouchers, but I signed on today and saw that our service had been verified and our vouchers were ready to print!

All in all, it was a great experience. :goodvibes

We registered on the GAD website and had our volunteer opportunity confirmed and scheduled (for 5/1) on 3/5, right before the registration cutoff (which some are saying was on 3/9 but I heard was on around midnight on 3/5).

We completed our volunteer work as scheduled on 5/1 and got our voucher email a few days later on 5/4. I think we just made the cut there, too, since I heard Disney mandated that anyone who made the registration cutoff in March had to complete their volunteer work within 60 days of the cutoff, which fell sometime between 5/5 and 5/9.

Bottom line: we are likely to see few if any additional postings from people who "just got" their voucher email, since the last of those will all have been sent out by the later part of this month.

I did my volunteer activity on 5/2 and got my voucher on 5/5. I was very happy b/c I leave this Saturday for my trip. My activity was very rewarding and wished the program had lasted longer.
