hi everyone, i have a question for someone in the know is it all possible the i can get a guest assistance card from DLP i will be going in November along with 3 autistic young men ( my sons) i hav been given these at disney world orlando and they helped us have a much nicer holiday due to the fact we could be seated away from the queues to await our turn to ride the attraction. and it was nice to be away from the peple who stare just because they are a bit different from others at he park many thanks for any replies that come my way.

I'm not sure what the cards are called but if you go to City Hall on Main Street they will be sure to help you.

There must be a similar system in DLP as they have seperate roped off areas for the parades which was not only for physically disabled and I saw families flash a card that allowed them to enter rides without having to queue.

Hopefully someone else will jump in with direct exprience

According to the official website, the cards are called Assisted Access Card. They can be obtained from, as Reid said, City Hall or the Guest Relations window for the Disneyland Park, and from Studio Services for the Walt Disney Studios.

I don't know how useful it would be to you, but you can order a guide for disabled visitors from here.

My DS is autistic and we recently visited DLRP but I didn't get a GAC for him this time as it is a quiet time of year.
I did look into it at the initial planning stages, and I'm sending you a PM.

many thanks for the reply's they were all very help full so i will be going armed with letters fromm the doc so the cast members at the customer services will be able to see that they are honestly needed. thank you all one again for coming to my recue
